    Occasionally, when you used to have some get up and go but you just can’t seem to follow through and all energy has gone despite trying all the wonderful motivation techniques suggested on this and similar sites, get a medical check. It is worth a try. I had been trying to exercise mind over matter and really struggling for some time only to find out that there was a relitively simple medical reason why I just didn’t have the energy – low calcuim levels probably due to low vitamin D.

    Doing something you love and want to do is a great motivator. If I do something that I can get lost in and find my flow, everything just becomes so much easier! It’s hard not to stay motivated when you love what you’re doing.

    Thank you for your comments. Always have an intention or goal to where you want to go. An intention can be a daily one, a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Make the choice. Set one and have it big enough or strong enough to motivate you to take on-going and consistent action.
