Meditation changed my life.

I have been meditating for twenty minutes, twice a day for over a year now and have seen some significant changes in myself.

It gives me increased mental clarity. I don’t suffer from constant habitual thinking and I find myself to be much more present in the moment. I also find that it allows me to focus easily and has hugely increased my creativity as well as boosting my energy!

It creates a space between my thoughts and the awareness behind those thoughts, allowing me to dis-identify from the habitual stream of negative thinking I have suffered from in the past.

The meditation in question is not just any old generic form of meditation. It is called Transcendental Meditation or TM for short.

Transcendental meditation is an extremely simple but highly effective form of meditation. Allowing your mind to settle to its simplest, most powerful state of awareness. Uninfluenced by any mind activity or thought process. It settles your mind inward and allows you to access the most silent, peaceful level of consciousness. Your true self.

TM is a unique form of meditation unlike anything else out there. A plethora of scientific studies have shown that TM is the most effective form of meditation that exists today. Far more powerful than mindful and concentration meditations due to its transcendental nature.
