Back in the fall, I sent a few questions to all of my readers asking what personal development issues would most interest you for a course. The resounding response was self-confidence.

For others, it is a constant companion. Either way, low self-confidence is not an emotional state that must be accepted or tolerated. You can improve your self-confidence through awareness, learned skills, action, and practice.
And that is exactly what we address in this course.
- We ask each participant to begin the course by selecting one small area where they lack confidence. As they go through the course, they will apply the Simple Self-Confidence Techniques they are learning to this one area. This will allow them to both learn and practice skills which can be applied to areas of low self-confidence forever.
- Each week participants will be given a set of course materials to work through for the week. They will be able to interact with each other and with Erin and myself through the forum to ask questions and share experiences. The forum will serve as a reinforcement and accountability system as participants work on the skills and techniques they are learning.
- In addition, at the beginning of the course, participants will receive a workbook with assessments and worksheets to help draw out and document important feelings, thoughts, and goals related to self-confidence. And each module includes an inspirational case study from an expert or blogger where they share their own self-confidence journey or issues. Every week, Erin and I will host a live webinar with a guest expert discussing the focus topic of the week.
By the end of the course, you will have new friends, new skills, and a more self-confident new you! And you will have your workbook filled with your insights and goals that you can use and refer to for years to come.
