5 Daily Exercises That Will Grow Your Mind

The Mind is where human being life started from. The reason is because, all of our actions are determined by the nature of the thoughts we hold in our mind. Which means that if there is no mind, then there will be no life.

Due to my experience in life, I get to understand that the mind is like an elastic. That is, it has the ability to expand and contract like a rubber band.

In fact, the mind is very lazy to the extent that if it being left alone, it will shrink together and then fade away.

But this little exercise I want to share with you here, will help you grow your mind to it maximum height.

Daily exercise to grow your mind

1. Mingle with highly influential personalities

Throughout my life time, the highest worth of project I had ever thought about was not more than a million dollar. But when I met someone with about $2 billion dollars worth of projects, my thinking changed instantly.

Therefore, in order to grow you mind effectively, try to mingle with highly influential people, so that they can positively influence your mode of thinking with there way of life.

2. Study

Whenever you study, you gain new insight into the particular world you are studying about. Remember, knowledge is the key to power. And also that, “Every mind was made for growth, for knowledge, and its nature is sinned against when it is doomed to ignorance”- William Ellery Channing

Therefore, try to study and also give yourself tasks that will push you to think outside the box regularly.

3. Take risk

One special thing about risk taking is that it makes your heart beat faster. This kind of heart beat are what speed-up the rate at which the mind grows.

Brain Trace said- “Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.”

4. Meditation

The mind generates hundreds of thoughts per minute. If you don’t silent this thoughts, they will come to the brain and store there. It’s this stored thoughts that eventually leads depression.

But if you mediate for at least 10 minute daily, you will feel calm deeply and also get to the stage of oneness. It at this stage that your mind will experience supernatural growth.

5. Dream big

The world belongs to those who belief in the power of their dreams, who now dare to dream big. All great achievers in life are those who just dream and then develop the courage to chase their dream.

Therefore, to grow your mind to the fullest, dream big and dare to go after it.

I would like to close with this poem.

Only as high as I reach can I grow,

Only as far as I seek can I go,

Only as deep as I look can I see,

Only as much as I dream can I be.
