You can move on to happiness. Nothing is ever so bad on this planet that you can’t move on.
You can recover. You’re allowed to. Even if you feel bad for hurting someone, you can be forgiven. Others will forgive you, if you forgive yourself first.
So just move on already, from where it is you are now. You’re not a tree.
You can always choose happiness
Guess what? Happiness is a choice.
