    This is a great article Katie. The body naturally produces antidotes to ‘depression’ in the form of serotonin and oxytocin and doing things that makes us feel good help produce more of this stuff.

    This article is spot-on with its emphasis on diet and exercise as critical components of the fight against depression (often in conjunction with medication, but sometimes even as stand-alones).
