    Very Well put Razia, I too quit Facebook long time back and restricted number of Groups on WhatsApp. I agree that there is more Peace in Real Life than Virtual.

    I can totally relate to this. I have pretty much cut Facebook out during the past 18 months except for checking it occasionally for event invitations. I do have some friends not on FB who just use messenger so I know I could cut it out entirely and still keep in touch with people.

    I use Instagram and I like it because it is a visual diary. Since stepping away from FB I have stopped feeling pressure to post photos for attention/feedback. I now use it to keep memories. It’s also great to get ideas for your hobbies or be informed about events in your town, like more of a news service 🙂
