The Power Of Forgiving YOU

This video has a beautiful message of the power of Forgiveness.

Watch it and tell me I’m wrong. I dare you!

Yet it’s focus is on forgiving others. It inspires you to forgive others. You WANT to forgive others.

Imagine that! Forgiving your worst enemy.

But what if I told you that YOU were your biggest foe?

Because you are.

Now watch this video and only focus on forgiving you. Grab a kleenex – let it out. Because you’ve been living a BIG lie.

Who are YOU to forgive anyone but yourself? Do that and you just might find the need to forgive anyone else dissipates. You’ll take back your power and live in truth where you see no one hurts you unless you choose to let them.

This is me. I blame myself for everything that goes wrong. I lash out at others when they hurt me. I am going to try very hard to let it all go and Forgive myself so I can live the life I want!

Meditation is one of the easiest techniques you can learn to refuel your body, mind and spirit. While many of us have heard of the benefits of meditation, few of us actually want to spend the time it takes to learn how to meditate. We often cling to stress, fear and anxiety because we think we need these things in order to function in this fast-paced world.

How do I learn when I am so incredibly stressed and anxious that I feel like I am ADHD when I try to meditate? I need help :/

Thank-you so much for this post! All of the things on Pick The Brain, I have been following for 2 years. They have helped me get through some rough times.
Forgiveness —– especially I am learning through the Power of Christ,
Someone I had been avoiding for years. Had alot of hurt from a relationship, good to let it go, and not beat up oneself for “allowing” those things to happen.
    Have a blessed day!
    Smiles!

Well forgiving U works if u r the one who actully wronged urself..but if its some one else fault..than forgiving urself will be another thing added to ur mind…i think in that case We must let God make other understand what they have done to u….u must not take some ones faults on ur shoulders…

We need to forgive and let go….and ALWAYS let the almighty deal with what we can NOT possibly resolve and/or have little or no control over.

Our job in life is to love ourselves, for without the love of yourself,  you are
      lost.

I have some experience with this as I suicided in 2010 and the man upstairs sent me back from the abyss.

The single thing that was missing most in ’10 was love for myself. Don’t do it, love yourself and live.

15 years ago I was looking for an answer to the questions that bothered me about the meaning of life, whether the soul we talk so much about exists, whether there are other lives, etc., I discovered Osho, a Modern Mystic and Soul Master.

Forgiveness, hard, yet necessary.  I am in the process of forgiving myself.  It is not a goal, it is a promise, to me, for me.

Thank you for this and all you are doing for so many!

I read so many of these inspirational, self-help/realization type articles and I always think really hard about them and typically I practice them very well in my life. I always hit hard times and will lash out at others, but right or wrong I always forgive and it is a big help. My biggest problem is that even though I have all these positive teachings in my mind and things are for the most part good for me and I know I have no real large problems so I should be able to stay positive, but yet I still have down days, and negative feelings and it just seems unavoidable. That is what I want to overcome, but I feel it is just a natural part of the way my mind works.
