Once you adopt these habits, your life will never be the same.<\/p>\n<h2>Creating Systems For Success<\/h2>\n<p>Currently, you\u2019re accustomed to waking up 30 minutes \u2014 1 hour before starting work. This is only allowing you with enough time to prepare for work.<\/p>\n<p>To create a morning ritual you\u2019ll have to start waking up 1 hour earlier. It won\u2019t be easy but by starting small you\u2019ll increase your chances of succeeding.<\/p>\n<p>Start by going to bed 30 minutes earlier than what you\u2019re currently accustomed to. You may feel tempted to watch Netflix longer or finish some work, but you\u2019ll need this energy to wake up earlier the next morning.<\/p>\n<p>Build hype for the next day. What goals will you be working towards? What\u2019s something important you want to accomplish before you work on anything else?<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll have 1 whole hour dedicated to yourself. That\u2019s something worth looking forward to.<\/p>\n<p>After you\u2019ve nailed down going to bed 30 minutes earlier work your way up to 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some tips to help you wake up each morning :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leave your phone across the room so you\u2019re forced to get up<\/li>\n<li>Drink water.<\/li>\n<li>Brush your teeth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This can take time but after a few weeks, you\u2019ll start to notice positive changes.<\/p>\n<h2>The Power Of Silence<\/h2>\n<p>Mediation is a technique used to <strong>become more present<\/strong> in your daily life. You start by finding a quiet space to sit down. Then you\u2019ll inhale deeply and exhale slowly.<\/p>\n<p>Start meditating 5 minutes in the morning and work your way up to 10\u201320 minutes per day. Feel free to break your meditation sessions throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re new to meditation you can watch online videos or get guidance on applications such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/\">Headspace<\/a> . In the beginning, you may feel \u201cweird\u201d, but eventually you\u2019ll learn to become more present in your life.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Affirmations Matter<\/h2>\n<p>It is said that your subconscious mind controls your conscious actions.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of wishing that your subconscious mind will prompt you to take the right actions, condition it with affirmation. Affirmation involves writing down positive statements that you\u2019ll read out loud.<\/p>\n<p>Even the best affirmations won\u2019t help you reach success if you don\u2019t put in the work.<\/p>\n<p>We all have an inner voice inside of us that judges us for our every decision. With affirmations, we help quiet down that voice by stating something positive.<\/p>\n<h2>How To Visualize Your Success<\/h2>\n<p>You need to visualize success before reaching it.<\/p>\n<p>Practice closing your eyes for a few minutes to visualize reaching your goals and achieving your daily tasks. This will prepare your mind mentally for success before you start your workday.<\/p>\n<p>A vision board can also help you stay on track with what your goals. This board should contain multiple pictures that showcase your goals after they\u2019ve been accomplished. Put your vision board somewhere you\u2019ll view it daily to help you stay motivated each morning.<\/p>\n<p>Soak up the moment. As you visualize success imagine how you\u2019ll feel accomplishing your goals. Will you feel happy, proud, or fulfilled?<\/p>\n<p>Start your mornings with strong intentions and you\u2019ll focus on working on tasks that matter the most.<\/p>\n<h2>Prioritizing Your Health<\/h2>\n<p>Without proper health nothing in life matters.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s launching a new business or spending more time with your family, you need great health.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not currently going to a gym, start by following home workout videos and work your way up to getting a gym membership. You can achieve great workouts at home, but a gym will have better training equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Aim to attend a gym a minimum of 3\u20134 days per week. When you\u2019re not going to the gym aim to run or do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrmoneymustache.com\/2016\/12\/13\/staying-fit-with-no-gym-in-sight\/\">home workouts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Working out in the morning can help increase your energy and improve your mood.<\/p>\n<h2>Reading To Expand Your Knowledge<\/h2>\n<p>You won\u2019t grow if your constantly surrounding yourself with the same information.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of only obtaining information from the news each morning, read books, blogs on topics that interest you. Reading is a skill most people have but don\u2019t practice enough.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays you have many options to consume books. Whether it\u2019s audio, digital, or paperback there\u2019s really no excuse to not read.<\/p>\n<p>There are many great blogs out there but here are <strong>some of the best:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/addicted2success.com\/\">Addicted2success<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.financialsamurai.com\/\">Financial Samurai<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifehack.org\/\">Life Hack<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commit to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwillteachyoutoberich.com\/blog\/here-are-50-books-i-recommend\/\">reading<\/a> 20 minutes each morning before you start working. Eventually, work your way up to 1\u20132 hours daily.<\/p>\n<p>This sounds daunting at first but it will get easier the more your practice.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Writing Down Your Goals Matters<\/h2>\n<p>A goal without a plan is simply a dream.<\/p>\n<p>The first step to accomplishing your goals is to clearly define what you want to achieve.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of goals:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vague goal:<\/strong> \u201cI want to run my own business one day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clear goal:<\/strong> \u201cI want to start a bookkeeping business 12 months from now\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve defined your goal you\u2019ll break it down into daily actionable steps. These actionable steps are what you\u2019ll write down in your journal. To break down your goals keep asking \u201cWhat next steps can I take to accomplish this goal?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Writing down your goals allows you to work on your most important tasks daily and to track your progress. Stop keeping your goals inside your head and begin taking action towards your dreams.<\/p>\n<h2>Living A Life With Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>Picture this.<\/p>\n<p>Your alarm rings and after the first \u201cbeep\u201d you turn it off. You didn\u2019t put in snooze and you\u2019re not dreading your morning. Although you\u2019re comfortable in your bed you decide to sit up.<\/p>\n<p>You briefly glance at your vision board and begin imagining how your life would look like after you\u2019ve accomplished your goals. You then sprint out of bed and start your morning ritual.<\/p>\n<p>An hour later you feel more relaxed. You\u2019ve meditated, read, exercised, wrote down your tasks for the day, and visualized success. You feel empowered knowing that you\u2019re now starting your mornings in a more productive manner.<\/p>\n<p>You smile and begin your workday.<\/p>\n<p>Is this really happening?<\/p>\n<p>It can be if you begin practicing these habits each morning.
