I\u2019ve put together a 30-day self-love challenge for you that will fuel you into becoming a ball of lively positivity. Each of these habits is designed to take you less than 10 minutes a day so you won\u2019t have any excuses. I want this to be measurable and attainable because it will hold you accountable and energized upon achievement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Write down 5 things that you love about yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 2 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Find an old picture of you and a family member. Write a comment about how this person has helped you without expecting anything back and give thanks. It can be on Facebook or anywhere else. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Stand in front of a door that gets decent traffic. Open the door for people and smile. Smile until they smile back. Do this for at least 2 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Find one homeless person and give them some money. It doesn\u2019t have to be a lot, but when you give it to them, make eye contact and smile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Look yourself in the mirror and say to yourself with emotion, \u201cI love you.\u201d Repeat 5 times. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 6 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Write ten things that you are proud you accomplished in your journal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 7 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; If you have to pay for something (like a restaurant bill, bar tab, or toll booth), pay for the next person who comes by even if you\u2019ll never meet him or her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 8 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Find somewhere to volunteer where people are less fortunate than you and make a monthly commitment to participate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 9 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Write a thoughtful comment that has at least 100 words to a blogger that expressed something that made you feel something. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 10 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Eat a bunch of fruit and savor every moment. Marvel at every morsel and how it tastes. Appreciate how easily you have access to this fruit. Consider how others in the world don\u2019t. Chew slowly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 11<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Leave a book you love in a public place. Hopefully, the next person will love it too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 12 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Share an article that brings positivity to a friend. Make an effort to get them to read it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 13<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Find a video that makes you laugh. Watch it and then share it with at least two people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 14 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Read out loud everything you wrote in your journal previously. Look yourself in the mirror and say, \u201cI\u2019m proud of you.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 15 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Look yourself in the mirror in the eye. Tell yourself three things you have accomplished that was difficult. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 16 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Pick one small challenge that you might fail at. Do it. If you fail, celebrate with a mini-dance party. Realize that failure teaches you and moves you forward. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 17 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Order flowers for someone you appreciate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 18 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Talk to yourself in the mirror in second person. Tell yourself all the things you are proud that you accomplished that other people haven\u2019t. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 19 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Do something brand new you have never done. It could be a tango class. It could be rock climbing. Do it. Celebrate it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 20<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Meditate for 5 minutes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 21 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Pick five people who made a positive impact in your life. Send each a handwritten thank you letter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 22 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Find someone who is a great friend that you haven\u2019t connected with in a long time. Reach out to them and arrange a quick meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 23<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Donate blood to a cause you support<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 24 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Spent 5 minutes leaving compliments on as many friends\u2019 social media posts as you can. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 25<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Go to a local meet up that you haven\u2019t been to before. Make a new friend. Hug him or her. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 26 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Write 10 complimentary notes in a jar. Give them to a friend or stranger. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 27<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Find a stranger. Give him or her a genuine compliment about something they do (how they walk, what they\u2019re wearing, and so on). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 28<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Shout at the top of your lungs, \u201cI am me and I\u2019m proud of every part of me!\u201d Repeat five times. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 29<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Drink some green tea and spend five minutes to appreciate all the tasks you\u2019ve accomplished in this challenge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 30 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Congratulations for completing the challenge! Buy yourself a small, healthy gift you\u2019ve been wanting to get. Be kind and love yourself! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I hope you enjoyed this challenge. Imagine how much better you would feel about yourself after performing these activities for 30-consecutive days.
