One that built my confidence, day on day.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">So here\u2019s how to boost your confidence in just 10 minutes a day&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Start a Confidence Boosting Morning Ritual<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rushing unprepared into your day leaves your confidence seriously vulnerable. You need to put yourself in control of your thoughts &#8211; and body &#8211; from the outset.
