It gets worse when we act out of the ordinary and start doing or saying things we don&#8217;t mean.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about time we simply take a step back and see things for what they really are.<\/p>\n<p>And they&#8217;re nothing but challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Emotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s extremely easy to act out in anger, sadness or frustration.<\/p>\n<p>Only weak people act out impulsively.<\/p>\n<p>Strong people however, see them as challenges and practice massive self-control.<\/p>\n<p>Your negative emotions are simply challenges. They&#8217;re not ways to tell you that there&#8217;s something wrong with you. So take up the challenge and start to master your emotions. You&#8217;ll be stronger with this mindset.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Toxic people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be it your annoying friends, abusive partner or arrogant boss, take them as challenges.<\/p>\n<p>They aren&#8217;t people who&#8217;re better than you. They don&#8217;t have secret agendas wherein their sole aim in life is to put you down.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re nothing but obstacles. This is where you need to study and learn human behavior and see your interacting works with their interaction.<\/p>\n<p>This is how you sift out toxic people and start attracting the right ones instead. So don&#8217;t be too distraught by such people. Just see them as challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Unfairness in life<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Look, you can either start whining and complaining about how unfair life is, or start taking control of your life entirely.<\/p>\n<p>Life isn&#8217;t unfair, screwed up or whatever.<\/p>\n<p>Things simply don&#8217;t go as planned. That&#8217;s life! And life will never stop giving you challenges.<\/p>\n<p>So stop complaining. Take up the challenges. You shouldn&#8217;t cower from them. Keep growing and take full responsibility of HOW you see everything that comes your way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Your job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bad colleagues? Challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Arrogant boss? A challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Long hours? Another challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Your job is NOT you!<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t ever identify yourself with your job. It&#8217;s dangerous to think your life is centered around what your colleagues say, what your boss is doing or the number of hours you put in. Don&#8217;t base your self-esteem on your would-be promotion either.<\/p>\n<p>Take it all as challenge. Try your hardest. Do your best work. That is good enough.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Positive thinking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is harder than most would think.<\/p>\n<p>Shaping your thoughts can be an uphill task. It&#8217;s easy to go awry in your head. It&#8217;s easy to start linking them with your emotions and then acting out impulsively.<\/p>\n<p>A strong person practices self-control in the head.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t identify your negative thoughts with you. You aren&#8217;t a crazy person if you do think of crazy thoughts. They&#8217;re just challenges!<\/p>\n<p>So take your thoughts as challenges. Overcome them slowly and have patience with yourself. Your thoughts are your reality, so create the reality you want.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Meeting people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is for those who think they&#8217;re socially awkward and simply too anxious to get to know new people.<\/p>\n<p>Stop fearing people! Don&#8217;t put them on a pedestal. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you feel like they&#8217;re judging you because that&#8217;s not your problem. Heck, the way they look at you doesn&#8217;t matter either.<\/p>\n<p>Take them as challenges. This is where YOU overcome the challenge and YOU get to decide if they&#8217;re a right fit for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Yourself<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whatever problems you think you have, whatever it is you&#8217;ve gone through, whatever you&#8217;re going through right now&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re a challenge by itself.<\/p>\n<p>You need to keep pushing yourself and keep growing!<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t be complacent. Don&#8217;t be stagnant.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re always growing as time moves forward.
