Too much stress can influence &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High blood pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Heart disease.<\/li>\n<li>Chest pain.<\/li>\n<li>Irregular heart beat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And It&#8217;s linked to a large amount of death related diseases like Cancer. Taken straight from\u00a0<a title=\"random facts\" href=\"http:\/\/facts.randomhistory.com\/stress-facts.html\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So If stress can be so bad, and you&#8217;re stressing on a daily basis, take these <strong>5 daily actions to help you take back control.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1><strong>1. Create a schedule.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;In times of great stress or adversity, it&#8217;s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.&#8221; &#8211; Lee Iacocca<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And that&#8217;s the cool thing about actively doing something and staying focused. It can help to cut down stress a whole lot If you stick to it.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, when you don&#8217;t have a schedule, your mind is all over the place. Because you don&#8217;t know what you&#8217;re going to be doing next, and It feels like you&#8217;re trying to get everything done all at once!<\/p>\n<p>If you feel stressed out by this behavior, I&#8217;d advise you to create a new schedule. Put it in your calendar, assign\u00a0each task with a time and stick to it. You won&#8217;t believe how much this has helped me, and I&#8217;m sure It can help you too.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>2. Stop thinking so much.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you&#8217;ll never get it done.&#8221; &#8211; Bruce Lee<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Not only Is this true, but thinking too much can influence a lot of unnecessary stress. Because when you&#8217;re creating all sorts of scenarios in your head and over thinking things,\u00a0you start to stress over it.<\/p>\n<p>Action Is better than inaction. So make it a habit to think less about whatever it is on your mind, and act on it instead.<\/p>\n<p>This&#8217;ll be tough at first If you&#8217;re not used to it, but with practice you&#8217;ll notice your stress levels will drop considerably! You&#8217;ve got to get out of your own head.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>3. Up your organizational skills.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Organizing is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up.&#8221; &#8211; A. A. Milne<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And you probably know as well as I do that when everything is misplaced, It&#8217;s easy to stress out over it. It&#8217;s easy to start panicking, and over thinking, and wind yourself up in the process.<\/p>\n<p>Getting organized and making a habit out of it Is a simple thing to do, yet it has a huge impact on your mental state.<\/p>\n<p>Get rid of all that clutter, junk, and anything else that&#8217;s lying around, then get rid of it or put it in its rightful place. At least that way you won&#8217;t be distracted by it and overwhelmed by the amount of crap you&#8217;ve got to clear up.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>4. Listen to your favorite\u00a0music.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>One scientific fact about music is it gives you just as much pleasure as eating food, or even sex. That&#8217;s because when you&#8217;re listening to music it releases dopamine through out your body. And dopamine makes you feel good.<\/p>\n<p>So It&#8217;s not surprise listening to music can cut your stress in half, or even more than that! Keep a pair of headphones or speakers nearby, because listening to music is really that helpful to maintain a healthy mental state.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>5. Have some &#8220;fun&#8221; time.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Even though you&#8217;re growing up, you should never stop having fun.&#8221; &#8211; Nina Dobrev<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What&#8217;s life without having fun anyways? Life wouldn&#8217;t be the same without a little fun, and If you&#8217;ve been slacking off in the &#8220;fun department&#8221; I&#8217;d advise you to have some more fun time.<\/p>\n<p>Get out with your friends more often, and don&#8217;t just get out, do something enjoyable. Do something you&#8217;d love to do that you haven&#8217;t tried yet.<\/p>\n<p>Participate in an activity you consider to be a lot of fun. Do something you&#8217;re passionate about. Whatever it is, make sure you&#8217;re having fun in the process. And make sure you set aside sometime in your day or week to go and do it.<\/p>\n<p>Life shouldn&#8217;t be so serious all of the time, or else you&#8217;ll only stress yourself a bit too much.
