Any free time you finally manage to find in your day ends up with a sluggish posture on your sofa zoned out to the latest episode of Game of Thrones.<\/p>\n<p>It may not be very productive or be much help to your health, but let\u2019s face it, it feels good to just sit back and relax after a long day, and indulge in the satisfaction that comes from your favorite show.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s nothing wrong with a little r&amp;r, but when it turns into a nightly marathon, it not only becomes unhealthy, it also turns you into a mindless zombie.<\/p>\n<p>You want to make some changes in your life to improve your overall health and well-being. You wish you had more energy to be more productive. But when it comes down to it, it\u2019s just much easier to keep doing what you always do&#8230;get by.<\/p>\n<p>What if I told you there is a super simple way to not only increase your overall health and well-being, but also increase your energy levels and become more focused and productive?<\/p>\n<p>The idea might sound good at first and sure you may want to hear about it, but when it comes down to it, would you actually take action and give it a chance?<\/p>\n<p>Most people give up before they even attempt a change whether it\u2019s proven to benefit them or not. It\u2019s usually a combination of procrastination, excuses, and lazy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But you\u2019re different. You wouldn\u2019t be reading this if you weren\u2019t ready to at least make an attempt to become more healthier, energetic, and productive. That\u2019s all I want, an attempt. That\u2019s all I need because I really do have a super simple routine to help you do all that and more. Best of all, it\u2019ll only take you a little over an hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pickthebrain.com\/working-out-just-30-minutes-will-make-happier\/\">30 minutes <\/a>in the evening.<\/p>\n<p>So what is this routine I\u2019ve been going on about? Well, it\u2019s simple.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>In the Morning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Immediately after you wake up, or after you visit the bathroom, read something inspirational for about 10 minutes. This will help create a positive mindset from the get go, and you know what they say about positivity don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n<p>Once you are feeling inspired and ready to change the world, or at least your own world, it\u2019s time for 20 minutes of mind calming, thought clearing fun. That means<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pickthebrain.com\/the-top-10-benefits-of-meditation\/\"> meditation<\/a> by the way.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">There are numerous benefits to implementing a daily meditation practice. It\u2019s a great way to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timetocleanse.com\/slow-down-and-detox-the-mind\/\">detox the mind<\/a> and will play a huge part in setting the tone for your evening routine and your day in general. Some benefits include but are certainly not limited to; lower stress levels, increased focus, and weight loss.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Need I say more? Come on, it\u2019s 20 minutes, that\u2019s it!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>In the Evening<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>After you finish all of your daily tasks, or around the time when you normally plop down and turn on the tube, it\u2019s time to workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Say what?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Yeah, I didn\u2019t stutter, I said it\u2019s time to workout. I know you\u2019re tired and just want to sit, but this is the time to actually step up to the plate and dedicate yourself to making the changes that you seek.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">I said simple, not easy. Nothing worth doing, especially that which will make the most difference is going to be hard. Don\u2019t worry though, I believe in you \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Now where was I? \u2026 Ah, yes. Workout. Take 20-30 minutes and focus on a high interval training workout. There are many to choose from and you don\u2019t need to go full-out on day one. We\u2019re talking baby steps here.<\/p>\n<p>The key is <strong>consistency<\/strong> and <strong>momentum<\/strong>. The rest will come.<\/p>\n<p>When you keep to the routine you\u2019ll establish a habit, then you\u2019ll get better, start improving, and it will become a part of your new lifestyle towards better health and well-being. Oh and your productivity will naturally increase as a result of having more energy, more focus, better mood, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Also, don\u2019t forget to start making better food choices. The better you eat, the better you feel.<\/p>\n<p>There you have it. Simple right?<\/p>\n<p>Can you find a way to manage that if it has the potential to drastically alter your life for the better?<\/p>\n<p>I think you can. If you truly put in the effort, I know you can.
