Sejal has facilitated more than 15000 hours of programs in mind-body wellness. Founder of Wellness and Life Style Excellence Center and a member of Yoga Academic Council at Sri Sri University, India. With a degree in Homoeopathy and education in Yoga, she teaches people of all walks of life about healthy living and happiness, how to effectively manage mind, emotions and stress and bring greater peace and joy into lives and world.
