		<description>Good post. I like the points given. Especially the 2nd point and 5th point. Those are points are very basic. But we do not follow it. Following these points is difficult for every man rather than advising. Normally exercise is an important thing in every human&#039;s life. Brain exercise is much more important for all. It keeps every man active.

		<description>I&#039;m a big fan of Maslow.  Physical exercise for health and mental health makes a ton of sense.  I guess it all gets back to time allocation, motivation, and drive.
