    Hi

Sounds interesting. I read in one of Esther Hicks’ books that Think & Grow Rich was edited significantly before publishing. In fact 37 accounts of the word “vibration” were removed.

Makes you think if something was being hidden…

    Hello,

so it is the Law of Attraction…?

    @Peter
And why isn’t it the Law of Attraction?

I just recently began to deal with The Secret.

    regards

  • http://themasterssecretkey.com Secret Key Candace

Thanks for the advice. I will maybe look into it. I really preferred the secret.

  • Becky

I can’t believe that I have never heard of these two books. I pride myself in reading all the latest and greatest self-improvement books, and in fact just finished one tonight (“Wrestling With the Goddess,” by Azeem Kayum) before getting online tonight. I am so glad that I found out about these. Thanks for the great tip.

  • Jen

Well, if it’s so great, he should post a sample chapter and attract buyers via quality instead of content-less testimonials. In this way, it sounds like a typical MLM scheme to me. The book is praised, but there’s not one word about the actual content of the book.

The original Think And Grow Rich is certainly great, no doubt about it…

  • Chris

Having read the original Think and Grow Rich I believe the secret is quite self-explanatory.

However, I really suspect that unless you’re ready, and willing to recieve, then it doesn’t matter how many times it is explained to you by someone else, you’ll still not fully ‘get-it’.

    Hi Jen,

I agree, it’s always nice to have a preview copy to look at. It’s too late to set one up for this deal, but I’ll keep that in mind for the future.

Wow, very interesting book title. Looks like a book that I should order from amazon.

Then, who knows, I might make a blog post of my own.

  • http://www.hephotos.blogspot.com hakki

The net is full of law of attraction books. I think these work for the writers. Do you know anybody get rich readings these type of books.?

  • e

    What the heck?!

If I remember right, the “hidden secret” is typed in all-caps. And bolded. And repeated. Repeatedly.

And if you still don’t get it, you can read about it even more in Napoleon Hill’s other books.

Brian, are you proud of selling this?

I can see that many people are suspicious. You should be as there are a ton of typical self help books. HOWEVER, with that said, I’d like to say that I’m a huge fan of Brian’s work. If you are hesitant to buy the book, visit his website, briankim.net. (A hint from a long time BrianKim fan: go to briankim.net/archives and you can take a look through all his previous posts without subscribing to the site). I share this because I know that once you read through the posts, you’ll WANT to subscribe. I definitely recommend the book. His writing style is simple and straight to the point. Just check out his blog first and if you like his style, you won’t regret buying the book. I absolutely loved it.

LOL, ok enough of this website. Read TWO articles, who’s gonna pay me for my wasted time???

  • http://sobregadgets.com/ StephanJade

Great blog as for me. I’d like to read more about that matter. Thnx for giving that data.

  • Amy

Let me get this straight. Hill says, in his book’s introduction, that it will teach you a certain secret. Then, even when you read the entire book, you cannot find the secret?? Then ANOTHER guy has to write an entire book just to tell you what the secret is in the first book? Then, you write this article, TITLED “The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich,” and STILL don’t mention what the secret is? Is this like the Loch Ness Monster or something? I know it’s a marketing trick to promise hidden secrets, but DUDE, you have to also deliver, not just keep stretching out the mystery, like on “Lost” or “Twin Peaks.”

What a crock. If it is a secret the reason is that you should not know. So let us all respect Nappy and leave him with his secret. The real secret is that he made a lot of money of a lot of vulnerable folk.

Amy is spot on. Well done Amy.

Every great idea begins with a THOUGHT. Then, an action plan to put that thought into reality. That’s the essence of Think & Grow Rich. Read the book and that’s all you’ll need. No need to buy The Hidden Secret of Think and Grow Rich.

  • http://www.forgottonlawsofsuccess.com Jon Hollinshead

First of all a great Blog and thread folks. As a student of Bob proctors ‘The science of getting rich’series I can only defend the Napoleon Hill Book Think and grow rich. It has worked for me many times over. The reality I think is this. Firstly, many folk do NOT follow what is advised TO THE LETTER.Many people follow 99% of the advice that suites them and then wonder why their lives and circumstances don’t change. A bit like building a bridge that’s 99% complete. The secret from my understanding is that we bacome and GET what we think about ALL of the time.Lots of people have made lots of money teaching people how to become wealthy when they themselves are not wealthy. The self improvement market is a thriving industry as many people seek to make money from those who are desperate to self improve so the trick is to read books and apply information ONLY from those who have made it in life and are truly altruistic and want to pull others up with them.I would strongly advise all my friends and family (and you) to buy 4 books. Think and Grow Rich (Napoleon Hill), The 11 Forgotton Laws of Success(Bob Proctor), and How To Win Friends & Influence People (Dale Carnegie) and Outliers (see amazon), APPLY then what they teach EVERY DAY.The reality is this; If we want things to change in our lives then we MUST change too and NEVER quit trying.Think good things folks and good thing happen to you..trust me on this.I was bankrupt 7 years ago and had nothing to lose by trying out think and grow rich and boy was I glad I did. I thought that at that point in my life my way just didn’t work so in blind FAITH I applied what I learnt in the above books and now have 6 streams of income…and I am getting better every day. Sadly many people are half hearted when they try these priciples advised in the books above and then moan when things don’t work. They Do IF you work them. Figh on.Falling down in life is only important if it’s the last time you try to walk.

Great Article! I have read think and grow rich twice, and still refer to it at least once a week. I think Napoleon’s message is quite clear, for those of who are conscious of it.

Think and Grow Rich is one of the VERY FEW books that promises to help you determine Who you want to become? What it is you want to do? When it‘s going to happen? Why THE MISSION IS POSSIBLE? And how you’re going to attain it? All through the aid and application of the “unknown and unused knowledge and power” they termed the “Carnegie Secret.”

I loved the original book, though it isn’t until I read it 3 times and used videos made about the book, to fully comprehend its principles, and fully apply them, daily.

Check http://www.thesecretvideos.tv to fully understand the science of Thing and Grow Rich. Hill is an amazing man indeed!

Thank you for the review Peter. It’s frequently beneficial to view personal or professional growth and success from different perspectives. Not every approach triggers action or motivates each person in the same way so it’s good to have a variety of tools available to us.

House online business owners all across the globe are quietly creating yearly six-figure incomes. Quite a few of them make six-figures by helping aspiring entrepreneurs begin their path to their own six-figures. What a wonderful idea!

    Hi Peter,

thanks for sharing your insights. It is truly an amazing book. As we grow from reading to reading, it changes as well because we have become another person. It amazes me that people expect results from reading it once and reading it alone. It has to be read and discussed together with a loving and harmonious mastermind group. And everybody who reads it should commit to reading it as often as it is necessary.

    Take care

    Oliver

So the ‘secret’ is there is no secret ! Or the secret to get rich is to write a book to tell people the secret about the secret of getting rich, got it ?

  • Karen Liana

Napolean Hill is one of the greatest writers of all time when it comes to his book, Think And Grow Rich. He doesn’t leave anything to the imagination .. it is all there in black and white.

I read this post by the writer who clearly is making his best effort to promote the book of another writer who takes Napolean Rich’ writing and tells the reader to read his book, and learn more.

To try to capitalize on a historic and truly phenomenol international author’s book by writing this garbage is something I don’t quite understand, and Clemens and Kim can keep on grasping at straws and making themselves look like intellects when the concept of Think And Grow Rich is clear.

  • Neil

The secret is simple: “know what it is that you want”. Yes, it’s that simple. Let me say it again “KNOW WHAT YOU WANT”…….until you know what you want, nothing’s happening, plain and simple. Once you sit down and figure what you want, only then does Napolean Hill’s book or any other book for that matter make you rich!

It’s talked about in the 1st chapter.

Don’t waste money on these scammers trying to tell you it’s anything else, it ain’t. They just want your money.
