		<description>Excellent summary of some excellent points.  Marcus Aurelius must have been a student of the Buddha!  The Buddha&#039;s teachings, over 2500 years old, convey many of the same ideas.  It&#039;s interesting, isn&#039;t it, that the same essential truths have been spoken by so many different sages in so many different times and place?  Now if only we would wake up and listen!!</description>
