		<description>This is a great post.  Mindfulness has helped me to deal with stress.  &quot;a simple awareness on anger reduces anger. When you are angry, simply be aware of or tell yourself “I’m angry”. You will notice a calming effect.&quot; - This is interesting.  I know there have been other studies done that say talking to a counselor helps reduce anger (see http://www.zentactics.com/suppressed-anger.html).  Perhaps a combination of mindfulness and emotional support will help reduce stress?</description>

I love that mindfulness is something that can be practiced and is also so key to our own level of happiness.</description>
