Hi,
I just started this diet and I am liking it a lot! Here are my current results:
First week through it (today was my cheat day)

- Started at 238lbs, now down to 227.5 (yes over 10.5lbs in 1 week)
- I am now able to sustain longer periods with no food! No more hunger feeling.
- Cheat day was brutal, I actually felt bad I was eating so much and almost felt sick from the carbs. Also, old health conditions began that ended recently like my coughing problem. 4-Hour Body says to eat, so I ate though. Maybe gluten or something in carb-laden foods is what I am allergic to.
- I crave workout because it means I can have a luxury food item afterward.
- High amounts of caffeine also make me happy. I drank TONS of tea and coffee. All cheaper than latte's also! Now I have a cheaper habit.

So far: Love the diet, look forward to getting down to 205 and improving my entire life!

Been 3 weeks now and no weight loss or inches lost . do not gain anything on cheat day even though i ate a lot like 3 greasy sugar covered apple turnovers, cookies , barley with sugar, pumpkin pie, berry pie, french fries etc. . end of this week i stop . going to go on to creatine and protein and build some muscle instead . Evidently this diet does not work on everyone .

Hi;
 It has been 5 days since I started the slow carb diet . today is binge day . What to ea t? I do not normally eat crap food to begin with but still gain weight quickly if I eat much at all . So I guess I will have to eat something I do not normally eat .
Eating lots of veggies , beans and a whey protein shake instead of meat except at dinner time . I have not lost any weight or gained any as a whole but .... I must have lost some weight somewhere because I have gained almost an inch in belly fat [ ? ] . Probably lost in my legs from doing the gazelle exercise .
Not sure this works for everyone . I am going to cut back the amount of food I have been eating as i think 4 meals until I am stuffed is a bit of over kill. Also going to stop getting my protein from the whey for a week and see what that does .

The link for the "muscle gain program" doesn't work. What is the exact workout and lifts that you are following, as I would be interested in testing this out as well to provide further "validation" as to whether or not this works!
