Great Article! Thanks for the suggestions. It's funny how many different approaches can get you to the same result. One of my favorite expressions is Just do Something...

I was only recently able to build a clearer picture of what exactly I wanted to do with my Life. Over the past ten years I have had some strong glimpses as to what fulfills me, but I hadn't yet found how to put those glimpses into my daily activities. That picture is becoming clearer and I am finding myself ignited again. I am beginning to put together the milestones of my journey in the hopes that I can inspire others to find their passion.

Thanks so much for the practical direction!

People who are passionate about what they do, cope better with stressful events in their lives. Having a passion is so important. Great list for helping people to find the fire in their belly! Thank you.

As a therapist, I often work with people who have such difficulty tapping into what it is that they want to do with their lives. Thanks for sharing such practical strategies! There's something in here for all of us!

For me, I definitely had to get over my fears. It was more of me getting to the point where I didn't care what other people thought and learning how to tune out unsolicited advice about what I should do. I think most of us intuitively know what our passion is, but we get stuck in the idea of what we 'should' be doing, etc.

Tip #7: Cut out things that you know will never be your passion. This means watching TV and other things that add no value to your life. When you're going through the process of finding your passion, you need to spend as much time as possible experimenting and just plain ol' doing things. That means no TV, no siesta, no sports, no wasting time on the internet. Just going out and doing stuff is the best.

The power of finding your passion is mentioned time and time again but is still not talked about enough. I think the most important point you make is not to give up, we only are defeated when stop trying to succeed.
