Don’t Pass Up this Opportunity for Easy Money

February 12th, 2007 by John WesleyPrint This Post Print This Post

If someone told you they’d pay you for brushing your teeth, you would pay attention right? Money doesn’t come much easier, because brushing your teeth is something you already do for free (I hope). This opportunity isn’t quite as easy, but it comes pretty close.

Brian Lee’s recent post on AGLOCO and the announcement that the Viewbar will be released in mid March has prompted me to post this reminder that you should sign up today and start building your referral network.

Why?

Because you should never pass up easy money. Especially when there is no risk and very little work involved. (We all browse the web more than 5 hours a month anyway, right?)

No one knows exactly how well AGLOCO will pay, but if you are interested, you should check out this unbiased estimate from the Simmons Report.

If you don’t feel like digging through it, the estimated value of each user account is $150 plus $30 for each referral. This means if you build a large referral network, the potential payout is very significant.

I wouldn’t recommend this if it wasn’t something I believe in and think others could benefit from as well. Personally, I’m very excited to see the Viewbar and start getting paid.

If you’d like to know more about how AGLOCO works, check out this post from last month.

If you are ready to sign up and start earning money for browsing the web, join my network and start building one of your own.

Edit: I almost forgot the best part. Not only do you get money for people you refer directly, but also for the people your referrals refer out to 5 degrees of separation. Other people will grow your network for you!

  1. Well put. I think it’s best to get started as soon as possible, because when the viewbar is out and working, it might create quite a wave of new users who don’t believe it until they see it.

  2. The subtitle of your blog says: Getting Smarter Every Day. How has this post made anybody smarter? In fact, I think, we are dumber now.

Why you ask us to sign up to AGLOCO seems clear: easy money for you. The more referrals you get, the more money you make. Nobody can accuse of wanting to make easy money. I—as a matter of fact—don’t.

But please stop pretending wanting the best for others. This is either false or you haven’t thought long enough.

My analysis is as follows. AGLOCO pays every user for watching ads for up to 5 hours per month. We don’t know how much AGLOCO will be paying. But given, that you create no value by watching ads, the payments per hours will be very low. Let’s suppose they will be extremely high; say 1$ per hour, which is really extremely high for doing something absolutely worthless. So you’ll get 5$ per month. WOW! I’m not impressed.

Okay. You’ll say, no no no! Get yourself referrals! Then you’ll make more money. True. But this is a pyramid scheme. There will always be people at the bottom, who have no referrals. There must be by definition.

So, what will happen? Maybe there will by hype and everybody signs up for AGLOCO and gets referrals. So, some will make more than 5$ per month. But the amount of people that get only 5$ per month will increase, because the bottom of the pyramid will get broader. 5$ dollars per month won’t be worth the trouble having a viewbar installed and watching ads. It will just not be worth it. So they’ll eventually remove the toolbar from their computers and stop watching ads. Consequently, people one level above the bottom of the pyramid will become the bottom themselves. After short time they’ll stop watching ads, too. And so on, and so on. Until everybody will have stopped watching ads.

The pyramid will be built and then will eventually be coming down even faster.

So instead of reading those cheap get-yourself-an-account-for-so-and-so-with-me-as-your-referral-posts I’d like to see some posts that really makes us smarter. Or do you think, you’re readers are stupid?

  3. Its OK if you don’t want to sign up.

Making easy money is a smart move in my judgment.

This isn’t a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes involve the people at the bottom doing a lot of work so the people on top can prosper. With AGLOCO the people at the bottom don’t have to do much of anything, other than tolerate the view bar if they so choose.

You can criticize this post if you like, but it’s only the second time I’ve talked about this, and will be the last until there is anything else worth mentioning.

  4. I’d like to apology for my harsh language. I was too rude and I should have made my point more politely.

  5. No worries.

John for me to read you?

  7. Found this on StumbleUpon, signed up as well. My brother had alladvantage back in the day and made quite a bit of money, so I have seen this type of system work.

Great site too by the way!
