Love the tips. I encourage anyone who is feeling needy and negative to consider personal counseling as a way to work through some of the internal hurdles that may be getting in the way of true friendship. Meditation is one of the easiest techniques you can learn to refuel your body, mind and spirit. I believe all of the above to be very true. But friends are important, a necessity in fact. Having a couple of solid friends rather than an extensive social circle is probably more beneficial to the individual. True friends are those who will not try to influence you, but will allow you to be yourself no matter what.
