I think the first step is realizing what you are going to do with your freedom. I was watching Bill Cosby’s stand up routine and he describes how people destroy themselves with just 2 days of freedom from work. Imagine how bad it will be when you have 7 days of freedom.
I’m working slowly towards early retirement, though gaining income from the internet. When I retire I will still be active and productive, but, just doing different ‘work’ – I find more fulfilling than my current job. I can’t wait to retire

Other than making enough money, I also believe that the correct money mindset is required. After all, earning more may also mean spending more, which doesn’t really help to improve one’s financial position.

I like the content on your site, but it is disappointing to see that you advertise by linking to sites, that collect and most likely sell peoples e-mail addresses and thus increase spam, as if we didn’t already have enough of them.
I just read Rich’s latest report and its definitely his best so far. Its amazing to see multi million and multi billion dollar companies being damaged by a simple post to a blog.
