Certainly if you are one who is continually upset, unchallenged, or underappreciated with your current job there is nothing quite like flying alone with your own busines. But no matter how positive you are and how hard you work working for someone else never offers the kind of security you think it does. It's an illusion. Starting my own business was a liberating endeavor. As you've described so well, there is a wonderful freedom coupled with the ability to make decisions that I really enjoy. I also get to do stuff I really love rather than doing stuff that brings me down or I am simply competent at completing.
