		<description>I would add a fourth step: once you have written down your obstacles, write a &quot;comeback&quot; statement to those obstacles, and repeat them aloud to yourself regularly.  Also, like a sports athelete, picture success.  Picture yourself having completed the goal successfully, and you will be much more likely to succeed.</description>
