		<description>I checked out Guy Finley. What a pompous windbag. He spews alot of new age mumbo jumbo garbage and acts like you need to understand him. Good self help doesn&#039;t have to be filled with negative messages and unintelligeable double speak. 
Hope the rest of your reco&#039;s are better.</description>

		<description>I just listened to the first podcast that you recommend (Gary&#039;s &quot;Not Good Enough&quot;).  I can definitely identify; although it&#039;s a good thing to set high standards for yourself, I constantly have to ask myself whether I&#039;m enjoying a particular challenge or whether I&#039;m simply trying to prove myself.  At the end of the day the person that you&#039;re truly trying to impress is yourself.  It&#039;s amazing how many people withhold acceptance from themselves.  

I&#039;ll be downloading some of the other podcasts that you recommend so that I can listen to them at the gym.</description>
